To offer affordable plates without compromising qualities, we designed our menu in a unique way.
We only offer "plate of the day ($11.95 - TDB)" and "desert of the day ($5.95 - TBD)" along with a couple of regular dishes that are determined based on what we have in our pantry, including what our customers bring in. Available ingredients dictate what we offer, not the other way around.
To maximize the potential of ingredients, we leverage locally grown ingredients in season, which is what Japanese cuisine does best. We proudly offer contemporary Japanese flavors you won't find anywhere else in town.
To reduce energy costs, we are testing and trying low-temperature cooking methods, as well as making most of the sunlight.
